Crash courses including test mon-fri. Weekend test and bank hol test are more expensive so an extra charge would be added.

Licence and Eyesight Requirements
A valid provisional driving licence must be presented prior to the first lesson. Clients must also meet the legal eyesight requirements and may be asked to complete an eyesight check at the start of the first lesson.

Professional Conduct
All lessons are conducted in a professional environment. Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated under any circumstances and may result in the immediate termination of the lesson without refund.

Payments
Payment for tuition must be made at the start of each lesson or course unless paid in advance via bank transfer. Pre-paid lessons must be cleared in our account prior to the scheduled session.

Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or rearrange an on-road driving lesson. Failure to provide the required notice will result in the full lesson fee (100%) being charged.

Use of Training Vehicle
Your instructor reserves the right to withhold the use of the training vehicle for the test or a lesson, if in the opinion of the instructor the client is:

i) Has not reached the required driving test standard.

ii) Is medically unfit to drive, including not meeting eyesight requirements.

iii) Is under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Legal Responsibility
While in control of the vehicle, the pupil driver is legally responsible for any fines, penalty points, or other penalties incurred as a result of Road Traffic Act offences or Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) issued by the police or local authorities.
